unPACK

unPACK is the concept for an encyclopedic website that catalogs eco-friendly methods and materials for (food) packaging. The idea for unPACK came from my research into traditional and contemporary food practices in Vietnam that utilize readily available plant parts — such as leaves, stems, offcuts, etc. — for packing and wrapping food.
